Monkey Bar


Level: Intermediate
Regression: Hanging knee raises or assisted monkey bar traverse
Progression: Advanced traverse variations or dynamic swinging exercises on monkey bars

Grip monkey bars, arms extended. Generate momentum by swinging legs. Move hand over hand, engaging core. Repeat for an enjoyable monkey bar exercise.

How to do:

1. Grip bars, hang, and take a deep breath;

2. Swing legs forward, exhale;

3. Move across bars, maintaining rhythmic breathing.


Maintain a firm grip, engage core muscles, swing with control, and breathe rhythmically. Gradually progress to more challenging traverses.
